This notice describes the website measurement and inquiry-processing technology used on incalagricola.com. It does not make a general claim of legal compliance and should be reviewed alongside INCAL Agricola’s established business privacy practices.
2. Contact inquiries
The inquiry form asks for a name, business email, company, optional country, inquiry category and message so INCAL Agricola can receive and respond to a commercial or technical request. The website sends this information to INCAL’s configured email delivery service. Analytics and advertising events never include these form values. Business-record retention and the legal basis for follow-up are governed by INCAL’s internal policies and applicable advice.
3. Website measurement
Vercel Web Analytics provides cookieless aggregate traffic information. With Analytics consent, INCAL may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand page and product interest and improve the website. Contact-form fields are masked from Clarity. With Marketing consent, INCAL may use LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads to measure campaign outcomes. Meta Pixel is technically available but disabled unless INCAL explicitly activates it.
4. Campaign attribution
After Analytics consent, INCAL stores limited first-touch and last-touch context from allowlisted UTM parameters, the landing path and an external referrer host for up to 60 days. It does not store advertising click IDs, full browsing histories or contact-form data in this attribution cookie.

The website stores the categories you selected, a timestamp and a consent-version identifier for about 180 days. You can reopen Cookie Preferences from every page. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking and removes known first-party optional cookies where technically possible.
