1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar technologies can include browser storage and pixels. Some are set by INCAL Agricola; others are controlled by measurement providers after the relevant permission is granted.
2. Your choices
Necessary technology is always active. Preferences, Analytics and Marketing are optional and off until you choose otherwise. Use “Cookie Preferences” in the footer at any time to review or change your choice. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not affect the contact form or access to website content.
3. INCAL-owned cookies
| Name | Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| incal_cookie_consent | Necessary | Remembers the consent categories selected on this browser. | About 180 days |
| incal_attribution | Analytics | Stores limited first- and last-touch UTM context, landing path and external referrer host. It excludes ad click IDs and form data. | 60 days; only after Analytics consent |
| incal_locale | Preferences | Reserved for a future real language preference. | Not currently written |
| incal-contact-source (session storage) | Necessary | Keeps the originating product, report, promotion or event context while the visitor reaches the inquiry form; contains a path and timestamp, not form content. | Current browser session; ignored after 30 minutes |
4. Cookieless aggregate analytics
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate page, referrer, country, device and browser insights without using tracking cookies. INCAL also uses its privacy-safe custom events for actions such as report downloads and completed inquiries, without sending form content. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information.
5. Analytics technologies
When Analytics is allowed, Google Analytics 4 may set _ga and a property-specific _ga_* cookie. INCAL configures these cookies for approximately 13 months. Microsoft Clarity may set first-party _clck and _clsk cookies and provider-domain cookies such as CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM. Contact-form controls are explicitly masked, and their values are not sent as analytics event properties. See the Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
6. Marketing technologies
When Marketing is allowed and the relevant account identifier is configured, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads conversion measurement may load. LinkedIn may use cookies including li_fat_id, lms_ads, lms_analytics, UserMatchHistory, AnalyticsSyncHistory, li_sugr, bcookie, bscookie, JSESSIONID, li_giant, _guid, oribi_cookie_test, oribili_user_guid, ln_or and ar_debug. These are provider-managed and their availability or retention can change. See the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
Google Ads may use first-party _gcl_* cookies, including variants such as _gcl_aw or _gcl_gs, and _gcl_ls browser storage where applicable. INCAL does not manually create these identifiers. Google Ads conversions fire only after the contact service confirms a successful inquiry.
Meta Pixel support exists but is disabled by default. If INCAL later enables it and Marketing consent is granted, Meta may create _fbp or _fbc. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
7. Withdrawal and technical limits
When consent is withdrawn, the website stops future optional events, signals the change to loaded providers and removes known first-party optional cookies where browser controls allow. INCAL cannot directly remove cookies stored on a provider’s separate domain; the provider and browser control those records.
